In this article, I will share with you a proven technique to find your profitable niche and this, in turn, will help you with how to sell high ticket coaching but, before that, let’s cover our basics:
What is a niche?
To make it simple and crisp, it’s a segment of the market with a clear picture of the target audience. Choose an audience that knows what their problem is and is actively looking for a solution.
A good example of a Niche is preparing for IELTS for Canada PR.
Note here, we didn’t talk about English training or grammar training – we used the language that the audience wants to hear.
The steps that will make it easy for you to find your profitable niche are as follows:
- Start with finding the Industry and Market that suits you
Your Inner world + Outer world = Niche. It means that your niche should be something that you love teaching and find meaning in as well as it is something that the market wants. Start listing which market suits you the best then dig deeper to know the category you fall under and that’s how you find out your niche- the one that will be profitable for you and help you with how to sell high ticket coaching.
2. Follow the I3M Model
Moving to the I3M Model, here, you finalize your Niche for your online coaching business. A smart model that covers all aspects. Go step by step,
I – Identify your passion:
Your Inner world as explained in step 1, identify what you love doing and that has importance in the market.
I – Identify the problem:
You identify the problem for somebody who is from the outer world and you follow your passion as in you love solving such problems
I – Internet Accessibility:
Making sure that the person you making contact with to solve their problem should be able to access and reachable so that it gets easier for communication or this becomes a part of another problem
M – Money:
They should be able to pay you your fee along with that they should be able to pay you with the payment mode you want to receive your payment or is acceptable. Mostly a digital mode works since our target will eventually be Pan India, if not, International.
Once all checks out, you clearly know what your niche is and go further to think about how to sell high ticket coaching
3. And finally, find your ideal customer and solutions to their problem
Since your niche is clear you are set to understand in-depth who your ideal customer is for your online coaching business. A part of that will be to understand their problems and find solutions to transform them in and out.
